There was a large turn out on the banks of the Oswegatchie River at the Oswegatchie Educational Center in Croghan to watch rubber ducks race in the 21st Annual AdironDuck Race on Sunday afternoon. 6,717 rubber ducks competed for top bill, but duck number 3,862 purchased by Theresa Lorence, Carthage, won the $2,000 prize.
